Our appointments are booked manually so that we can be flexible with scheduling. To book an appointment, please fill out the Intake Form or send an email briefly introducing yourself and your needs. You will be contacted by email to pick an appointment type and a day and time that works for you, and you'll then receive a link to the Informed Consent form to sign digitally.
